Laundry Service
IMPORTANT NOTICE

Items given before 9 a.m. will be returned the same evening.

Items given after 9 a.m. will be returned the following day.

Articles which, in the opinion of the laundry department cannot be washed or pressed will be returned back to guest.

Please do not forget to empty all pockets and remove cuff links and/or other accessories for which the hotel cannot be held responsible.

The list should be added to the bundle.

Kindly check the laundry upon receipt and notify our housekeeper on (Extension 4607) immediately after any errors.
Guest are advised that garments made of silk (Printed or brocaded), linen, taffetas, velvet, printed cotton and jerseys will be dry cleaned with the greatest care but at owner's risk only. Also, the management will exercise reasonable care, the hotel cannot be held responsible for damage, lost and destructions of any article caused by negligence or inner defects of the products.
Any claim concerning the delivered item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Our liability for either loss or damage shall be limited to the fair value of the article at the time it was received, after taking into consideration depreciation fashion and use, but will not exceed the amount of 10 times the item charged in question.
